The following is information to help you to determine your hair type along with suggested products to use.
Type 1
There may be variations in the color, texture, and scent of some products due to their handmade nature. This is normal. For natural products with few or no preservatives, keep in a cool, dry place and apply with clean hands to prevent contamination. Products may be refrigerated to prolong shelf life.
Type 2
Due to the nature of our products, we will only issue store credit for those products that are damaged during shipment. In order to receive credit, you must contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your products to receive return instructions.
Type 3
Everyone's hair and skin are different and although we may make suggestions regarding what products may work for certain types of hair or skin, you will have to try them for yourself. Ingredients for products are posted based on what we are given by the manufacturers. We suggest you test all products for allergic reactions before using. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reaction to the products sold. Information on this site is not intended to treat any disease, disorder, or condition.
Type 4

Heat-Straightened
All products are shipped using the United States Postal Service.
